We put a lot of care into every piece we make. Each shirt is produced on demand, so we try to keep our return and replacement policy simple while making sure it’s fair for everyone.
Who Can Request a Return or Replacement

You can request a return or size replacement within 7 days of receiving your order.

The shirt must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with its original packaging and tags still intact.

We’ll ask for clear photos of the item before we can approve the request.
We won’t be able to accept items that:

Have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

Are missing packaging, tags, or labels

Are reported to us after the 7-day window
What We Accept

Size Replacement

Available once per order, as long as the size you need is in stock.

Customers cover the shipping fee for size exchanges.

Defective or Damaged Items

This includes peeling prints, loose seams, or other manufacturing issues.

Claims must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order. We cannot accept claims made after this period.

If this happens, we’ll cover the shipping fee and send a replacement right away once the issue is confirmed.

Please make sure to follow the care instructions provided. We cannot accept returns for damage caused by improper washing or handling.

We don’t accept returns for change of mind, design preferences, or general wear and tear. Sale and discounted items are also final unless they arrive defective.
How It Works

Send us a message on our Facebook page to request a refund or replacement.

Once approved, our logistics partner will arrange a pickup (or we’ll give you the drop-off details if you’re outside the coverage area).

As soon as we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your replacement or refund.
Processing Time

Replacements are shipped out once your return is verified. Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days.

Refunds (for defective items only) are issued back through your original payment method within 3–5 business days after inspection.
