Shipping fees
Free shipping applies when your merchandise subtotal reaches ₱1,800 after discounts. For orders below ₱1,800, shipping is calculated at checkout.
Manual GCash and Maya payments
Placing an order does not automatically charge your GCash or Maya account. After placing your order, follow the payment instructions and send your payment receipt and order number to our Facebook page. Your order stays pending until payment is confirmed. Cash on delivery is not available.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Estimated Delivery: Our estimated delivery time is within four (4) to seven (7) business days after payment is confirmed. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the volume of orders received.
Tracking Information: Rest assured, you will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been shipped. You can use this link to track the status of your delivery.
